Creating a guitar is an act of love for luthier, Richard Aubut. Every instrument is unique, just as the hands of the musician who plays it. Richard Aubut is from Matane, Quebec, Canada. He began his profession since 1979. Richard made his first guitar at the age of 14 years old, and later worked with his father in their workshop. In 1984, he graduated from Douglas College New-Westminister Vancouver, B.C., learning the skills of guitar-making from maestro Michael Dunn. |
